
Cluain provides support for people affected by mental health in South Tipperary, in a safe and welcoming environment, with person centredness at the heart of our values.



Cluain Training Centre was established by the South Tipperary Mental Health & Voluntary Housing Association in November 1993, to address the need for a local day services, offering training, support and employment initiative, and assist service users with finding a meaningful place in society.

Cluain Training Centre provides training, support and employment to enable people with mental health needs and/or acquired brain injury in South Tipperary to improve their quality of life through living, working and integrating within their community to their full potential.

We offer a variety of creative outlets and life skill activities tailored to each individual, with a focus on personal growth, social inclusion and creative development, helping individuals achieve greater independence in a fulfilling way. Person centred planning is at the heart of all aspects of Cluain, with achievable goal setting individualised to each service user, along with their dedicated keyworker.
